Asking GST and Tax Advice

Whether you require assistance with an Income tax return, Business or Instalment Activity Statement or you have a particular taxation / GST issue or transaction you would like some advice on, you can request and obtain this advice simply and quickly. All advice is provided via email, facsimile or by phone consultation. All that is required is the completion of the brief electronic form below which will be received by us via email or alternatively the form may be printed off and faxed to us.

Once the query is received, a reply will be sent to you (via email or facsimile) with a quotation for the cost of the advice sought. If you are in agreement with the quotation, you have the option of paying in advance by Direct Credit/Internet banking (this will ensure faster response time for advice) or Payment by cheque (in which case advice will only be forwarded once a cheque is received). Once payment is confirmed the advice will be forwarded via phone consultation, email or facsimile as requested. A tax invoice/receipt will be forwarded with the advice.

Advice is costed according to the time taken to research and prepare a response and is set at an hourly rate well below that charged by the larger accounting firms. Quotations are provided free with no obligation.

Telephone consulting and clarification in respect of written advice will be provided in limited circumstances only.
